Trekking day with the dog, Tellington Ttouch® seminar with experiential breathing practice according to Bionergetics and Kundalini Yoga.
Walking is good for the body and mind, nature gives energy: doing it with your dog brings joy.
We will observe how the dog behaves in nature, what choices he makes, how he relates to the other members of the group and how much these types of activities benefit his safety and relationship with the family member.
WHY TELLINGTON TTOUCH® WHEN TREKKING?
Because it helps to observe and observe oneself; increases trust and improves the relationship between human and dog; lowers stress levels; increases the perception of one's body and more that we will see during the day.

EXPERIENTIAL PRACTICE OF BREATHING ACCORDING TO BIOENERGETICS AND KUNDALINI YOGA
Facilitated by the natural context, there will be an experiential space lasting about an hour, to experiment with some breathing techniques according to the bioenergetics of psychotherapist Alexander Lowen, and according to the millenary practices of yoga. The aim is to work on our emotional and mental states starting from the body to achieve a better balance, while observing the behavior of our canine friends and the influence of our emotional-mental state on them.
