Pack BauTour along the fairytale route
Pack BauTour on the way of the fairytale is a trekking route of medium difficulty which starts from the center of Pescia to get to Collodi Castello, high borough of the village made famous by the author of Pinocchio.
The path is aancient mule track and initially shows up with paving stones, to become then country.
Le adventures of Pinocchio they accompany our steps in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, between fields and olive groves with fairytale bridges, also of Roman origin.
After a stop in the country of the famous burrattino, with a visit to the "Pinocchione", the tallest Pinocchio in the world, we will continue the path alongside the monumental Villa Garzoni towards the medieval village of Collodi Castello and then return to the historic center of Pescia.
Duration of the route about 7-8 km there and back.
